ADMINISTRATIVE

Clerical Support Float position available to provide administrative support in all clerical departments.
Requirements:
– One (1) year prior medical office experience required

Patient Financial Services Specialist 
Requirements:
– Must have high school diploma or equivalent education
– Must have at least one (1) year of prior work experience in a medical office

Patient Intake Specialist position available at the front desk.
Requirements:
– Relevant experience providing exceptional customer service need apply
– Prior medical office experience a plus
– This position requires the ability to work a flexible/rotating schedule Monday – Friday between the hours of 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 

Workers’ Compensation Coordinator position available to coordinate the management of workers’ compensation patients by being the point of contact for workers’ comp adjusters and case managers for cases referred to TOC.
Requirements:
– Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
– At least one (1) year relevant work experience in a medical office setting
– Workers’ compensation experience preferred

PART-TIME

Patient Intake Specialist at our TOC Now, urgent care clinic front desk.
Schedule of 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Monday – Friday AND every-other Saturday from 8 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
Requirements:
– Applicants must be available to work the schedules without hesitation
– Relevant experience providing exceptional customer service
– Prior medical office experience a plus

CLINICAL

FULL-TIME

Clinical Support 
Requirements:
– Must be a certified or registered MA, LPN or ATC with current Florida license, or eligible
– Prior relevant work experience in a medical office, supporting surgeons, physicians or other allied health professionals preferred

Clinical Support Supervisor
Requirements:
– Must possess a clinically related certification such as: CMA, LPN, ATC, or RT(R) with valid Florida license, or eligible and meet one of the following:

– Associates Degree required and at least three (3) years of related medical experience supporting physicians
– Bachelor’s Degree and/or three (3) years supervisory experience in a medical setting preferred

Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

  • First opportunity to participate in all aspects of the medical care and treatment of orthopedic patients. The opportunity is office based, non-surgical position treating orthopedic patients in a clinical setting in our Extended Hours Clinic, Monday through Friday, with a potential rotation for Saturday hours.
    Requirements:
    – Completion of Physician Assistant Program or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Program, in addition to Florida licensure (or eligible)
    – Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant orthopedic experience
  • The second position is to participate in all aspects of the medical care and treatment of orthopedic patients under the direct supervision of an orthopedic surgeon, who specializes in foot and ankle surgery. New graduates will be considered.
    Requirements:
    – Completion of Physician Assistant Program or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Program, in addition to Florida licensure (or eligible)

Medical and surgical care of orthopedic patients under the guidance of an orthopedic surgeon, specializing in foot and ankle.
Requirements:
