Full-time position available for a Scribe to document Provider and patient interactions during office visit, consistent with actions of a Scribe. Other duties include: ordering diagnostic procedures and studies , under the direction of the supervising physician; managing discharge of patients with appropriate disposition, follow-up planning, adjunctive therapy management, and educational handouts, a described by the physician or provider; responding to telephone inquiries of patients.

Applicant must have advanced knowledge of medical terminology, preferably within orthopedics, for the ability to document a detailed medical history; the ability to effectively communiate and work with Physicians, patients, families, staff, and other health care professionals and management; the ability to work with and maintain confidentiality; and the ability to work as a team player seeking continuously to improve the quality of patient care.

Must have a Hiigh School Diploma or equivalent education. Background in medical terminology required, preferably in orthopedics.


Full-time positions available for a CMA or LPN to work under the direct supervision of an Orthopedic surgeon and Allied Health Professionals to provide clinical support, working collaboratively with staff to facilitate patient care and efficiency. Applicant must be able to set priorities; identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently; have strong interpersonal and customer skills; excellent communication and organizational skills for managing workflow, follow-up on patient care and anticipating the needs of the patients and physicians; have strong computer skills to be able to work with EMR system.

Must be a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant or an LPN with valid state licensure (or eligible). Will consider qualified CMA candidates with prior relevant work experience in a medical office, supporting surgeons, physicians or other allied health professionals. Certification must be obtained within one year of employment.
