TOC Leadership

Hank. L. Hutchinson, M.D. - Managing Physician Partner

Hank. L. Hutchinson, M.D. is the Managing Physician Partner of Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic. He has led the TOC group of over 20 Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners since he was elected to his position in November 2016.

As Managing Physician Partner, Dr. Hutchinson leads oversight of clinical quality assurance and improvement, and extensive interfacing with clinic providers and administration.

Dr. Hutchinson earned his medical degree and completed his residency training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He has been a part of TOC since 2007 and is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and specializes in orthopedic trauma to include fractures of the pelvis and acetabulum, upper and lower extremity fractures, deformity correction, and treatment of osteomyelitis. Dr. Hutchinson is in practice at our office in the Professional Office Building located at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.


Kelby H. Tardi, CPA - Chief Financial Officer

Kelby H. Tardi is Chief Financial Officer of Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic. She was elected to her current position in June 2008. 

As Chief Financial Officer, Mrs. Tardi leads the organization’s financial strategy and operations, including the audit, financial reporting, shareholder relations, planning and analysis, tax functions, as well as oversight of the finance functions of the company. 
Prior to her current position, Mrs. Tardi was controller, a position she held starting in April 2003. Mrs. Tardi joined Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic in 1999. 

Prior to joining Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic, Mrs. Tardi served as Senior Accountant at Williams, Cox, Weidner and Cox CPA’s, which is now CRI - Carr Riggs and Ingram in Tallahassee.

A native of Tallahassee, Mrs. Tardi graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. Mrs. Tardi is a Certified Public Accountant.


Mark D. Didier, MBA - Chief Executive Officer

Mark Didier was elected the Chief Executive Officer of Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic in July 2015 after an extensive nationwide search. Mr. Didier is returning to Florida after spending 30 years away from his east home.

As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Didier is responsible for providing leadership, strategic vision and for directing the overall management, operations and future growth of Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic.

Prior to joining Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic, Mr. Didier served as Chief Executive Officer for Southern Orthopedic Surgeons in Montgomery Alabama. Mr. Didier has over 33 years of experiences in healthcare as a Healthcare Administrator, including 12 years focused in orthopedic care.

Mr. Didier attained his Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in Health Services Administration and received his Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University. Mr. Didier is also a Certified Laboratory Technician and retired from the Coast Guard Medical Corps with over 22 years of service. 


Paul Bruning, DHA - Chief Operating Officer

Paul Bruning is the Chief Operating Officer of Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic. Dr. Bruning was elected to his current position in February of 2014.

As Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Bruning is responsible for providing oversight, management, and leadership for daily operations of service lines, clinic locations, administrative process, and organizational efficiencies.

Prior to joining Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic, Dr. Bruning served as Director of Clinical Operations for Summit Orthopedics, and Sports Medicine Coordinator and Clinical Manager for TRIA Orthopedics, both practices of 40+ orthopedic physicians in Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota. Paul has also served as Head Athletic Trainer for Gustavus Adolphus College in St Peter, Minnesota. His extensive administrative background includes volunteer work with State, Regional, and National professional organizations, credentialing organizations, and advocacy.

Dr. Bruning obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in Athletic Training and Health Education, a Master’s degree from Minnesota State University - Mankato in Exercise Science, with an emphasis in Cardiac Rehabilitation, and a Doctorate in Health Administration (DHA) from University of Phoenix.
