Imagine being unable to type, shake hands, or open a bottle without wincing in pain. At Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic (TOC) we offer a wide range of wrist and hand care to help preserve and restore.

When the hand is affected by injury or disease, a person’s quality of life can be significantly compromised. At Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic (TOC), your hands are evaluated and treated by a caring and experienced specialist. Dr. D. Christian Berg specializes in hand and upper extremities. Dr. Kris D. Stowers, Dr. Garrison A. Rolle, Dr. Andrew M. Wong, Dr. Raymond E. Bellamy, and Dr. David A. Bellamy are also highly qualified Orthopedic Specialists who diagnose and treat injuries and conditions involving the hand.

Given that our hands are in constant motion - reaching, grasping, carrying and releasing - they are regularly exposed to a number of dangers. Our hands are also susceptible to cuts, abrasions and burns that can result in infection or damaged tendons and nerves. We use our hands and wrists a great deal. Therefore, they are often susceptible to over-use injuries, such as tendonitis and carpel tunnel syndrome. Problems can also occur in the muscle and joint from constant wear and tear.

Whether your hand problem results from trauma associated with new injuries, complications of old injuries, arthritic conditions, congenital abnormalities, nerve compression disorders (such as carpal tunnel syndrome), or abnormal growths, you can depend on Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic’s (TOC) Hand and Wrist Specialists to treat your condition with expertise and care.

Commitment to Excellence

"The doctors at TOC understand the athlete side of it...It's my career, and if I'm hurt or something like that, then that's career-threatening. So when anything comes up you need to trust the people you're going to and you can definitely trust the people and doctors at TOC. They don't just fix it. They explain everything and how (rehab) helps. They are good people."
